Unprofessional manager: Chad Westinbur.
I ordered a 100.$polo shirt from Raffkinds while I was in Amarillo visiting family around the 9Th of August and the Manager Chad Westinburg kindly helped me and told me it would take maybe a week or so, problem being i was flying back the 16Th so i had him ship it to my house in Dallas. Chad never called me if so was because i was the one concerned calling Raffkinds wondering where the heck my shirt was. The guy never seemed concerned or caring for my time or future business with Raffkinds it is August 24Th and he never took the time to call me and give me a tracking number. Furthermore they still dint have my shirt so they cant ship it to me, so i probably wont get till close to September....At top at that i was really disappointed and told them they need to do something about it, he simply said " HOW ABOUT I GIVE YOU YOUR 100$ BACK AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO EVER WALK IN HERE AGAIN" Chad Westinbur at Raffkinds in Amarillo TX
