BEST pizza and stromboli in Amarillo!. The pizza at Brother's is wafer thin and crispy, just like a pizza should be. They are VERY generous with their toppings and sell pizza by the slice (the slices are LARGE) with each slice made-to-order, or by the pie. The stromboli is HUGE and again, very generous with the ingredients. The salads have a variety of greens and ingredients; they are excellent as well. Although I've not tried the pasta, my husband has and says it's wonderful. He recently got a meatball sub; by the time I transported it home, the bread had become soggy, so we prefer to eat there...the pizza is crispiest straight out of the oven! They also sell a "white" pizza that has artichoke hearts and white cheeses...it's also excellent. There's a convenient drive-thru window and take out is FAST--call in the order and it's ready within 15 minutes usually, but the time you get there. All in all, I LOVE Brother's and so glad they're open again! BTW, this is the only existing Brothers, the one on 34th Street is no longer in existence.
