Terrible business!! DO NOT GO THERE!!. They initially lost my clothing. When it was finally found and I returned to the store, my order contained items from another customer's order. When I returned home, I realized that the collar buttons on the shirts had been ripped off during the pressing process, leaving unrepairable holes in the shirts. The owner will not return my phone calls or respond to my complaints. The staff is unapologetic and offers no explaination. The business has 11 previous complaints with the BBB and has the lowest business rating due to unresolved compalints.
